Water Cures Anything
The Importance of Water
Water is essential to all bio-chemical reactions in the body. That means that all aspects of your mental and physical health are dependent on drinking enough water. Why is it said to drink 8 glasses of water per day? This is because that is the minimum estimate of how much we eliminate in our breath, perspiration, urine, and bowel movements. By the time we feel thirsty we are already experiencing dehydration on some level, so that is not a great indicator.
What does this translate to?
According to the book below Water will help you to detoxify and lose weight. Water will help you to think more clearly. Water will give you more energy and help you to perform better. Water will help you to overcome stress and anxiety. Water will help to stop premature aging and keep your skin and hair looking good. And much more.
In order to replace the minerals secreted by water, it is important to drink water with an unrefined salt such as Himalayan Pink Salt:
Salt Himalayan Pink Gourmet FDA No Chemicals Non-gmo Organic Halall Kosher 2 Lbs Fine Grind (.5mm) (2 Pounds)
In the book, “Your bodies many cries for water” (Dr. F. Batmanghelidj) says just 1% of dehydration in the central nervous system can cause significant psychological disorder as well as many physical issues and up to 10% lack of performance.
In this video Dr. Batmanghelidj describes how he uses water in his main practice to relieve and cure pain, diseases, and much more.
More videos with the doctor explaining the benefits of water and salt can be found here: www.youtube.com/results?search_query=batmanghelidj&sm=3
There is also so much pollution between the food we eat and the air we breath that water dilutes, breaks down and eliminates for us and as he explains water is an element of creation as well. Without clean water major stresses are put on our body and according to the doctor persistent dehydration is the cause for most or all disease in the body including cancer, chronic pain, and more. He says how most people have persistent dehydration since water is the only liquid that can hydrate in the way it does, so for example milk does not, and coffee dehydrates more than the liquid in it.
What are the Options for Pure Water?
The best option for water is from a natural spring. This link will show you where the closest springs are near you: www.findaspring.com
Statistics show pesticides, heavy metals, human and animal waste, cists and other parasites, chlorine and antibiotics that kill your gut bacteria, common chemical contaminants such as arsenic, radon, lead and nitrates and more are in our tap water.
Multiple studies have show the toxins in tap water have serious consequences for pregnant women causing underweight newborns and can increase the risk of stillbirths.
People ingest tap water by washing your vegetables in it, boiling food like pasta in it, making soups, ice cubes, coffee, drink it in restaurants, and in part two you’ll see an even bigger danger of showering in it, which I will show a simple solution, that I promise you’ll absolutely love.
Studies have shown that over 24,000 chemicals are found in bottled water many of which are endocrine disruptors. Plastic bottles leaches chemicals into the water, especially when heated from a microwave or hot car, or the truck bringing the bottle of water to you. If you want pure water why would you drink it out of a bottle that leaches chemicals into it.
BPA from water bottles has also been linked to many other problems such as breast and prostate cancer, immune compromises neurological disorders and migraines in 1 in 7 people who ingest the contaminant.
Ralph Nader’s natural resource defense council did a survey on 50 different bottled water brands and they found over 70 % is just repackaged tap water anyway. What most people don’t know is that Many bottled water companies also add fluoride to the bottled water.
These two links will show you which bottled waters contain fluoride:
Bottled water and the Environment:
It takes 18 million barrels of oil to transport bottled water and that grows every year. According to national geographic, 67 million plastic bottles a day going into our landfills. Less than 10% of plastic bottles are recycled. If we eliminate bottled water, we’d stop one of the biggest problems facing our environment.
The movie called “tapped” that can tell you all about the environmental and other problems of bottled water. It is available on youtube or Netflix.
Boiling the water is not a solution, that only kills bacteria but not chemicals and the fluoride is increased when you boil it.
Filters are the second best option to a spring, I have found. Many counter top pitcher like Britta filters remove chlorine and a small amount of chemicals and this is better than nothing.
My favorite pitcher option by far is the zero water filter below
Pitchers: The zero water filter removes more impurities than any other filter. Brita for example actually added impurities (see chart)
Here is how the popular pitchers did in a natural news study: (source- https://www.naturalnews.com/046536_water_filters_heavy_metals_lab_results.html)
This is my favorite filter for under the counter with the 3 stages. It easily installs under the counter giving you a faucet: (Click the picture for Amazon link)
I love more than anything the shower filter, see my full blog for more:
This alkalizing water bottle is stainless steel and BPA free
Copper Water Bottle
Keeping your water in a copper bottle has been shown to have positive effects on immunity, digestion, and more – sources – https://www.copperh2o.com/ , https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3312355/

Copper Water Bottle
For camping or traveling with pure water
I highly recommend these bags which are light and durable:
To shower you can get a 10 liter one and gravity bag:
This all can be kept in a dry bag to keep it from getting everything else wet:
I would also highly recommend the whole home unit:
They also have a over the counter unit, pitcher and less expensive under the counters units available, just click on the photo above and search.
Regarding Reverse Osmosis Systems
I’m not a big fan of RO systems because they not only remove all the minerals but they only remove about 70 – 80% of fluoride. (which is why it’s important to go to city council to tell them to take it out.
Save the planet and save your money, get yourself a filter, stop buying bottled water, if you have to buy glass bottles.
When Not at home:
I recommend filtering the water at home and transport the water in a glass or steel bottle. If you have to buy bottled water, choose spring water in a glass bottle that does not have sodium fluoride in the ingredients. Or use the traveling filter below:
Traveling Water Filters:
This is the best travel filter I have found and is the most tested portable drinking system as well. Seychelle’s portable water filtration bottles feature its unique Ionic Adsorption Micron Filter Technology that removes up to 99.99% of the contaminants and pollutants found in drinking water. Removes up to 90% of fluoride. They do not remove beneficial trace minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. Seychelle filtering technology beats all competing products in percentage of contaminants removed.
The plastic bottles Seychelle uses are environmentally safe, re-usable, and can be recycled. They will not leach and are BPA free. They provide up to 100 gallons of filtered water for pennies a gallon.
Getting the Fluoride out of tap water:
Fluoride is difficult to get out of water. Some methods I heard are to put sweet basil or wheat grass in a jug of water, let it sit for a few hours and it will help to take it out. The best way is to rally to your senate to get it taken out of the water.

We talk about the devastating effects of showering in tap water and how it’s actually worst then drinking the tap water and one of my all time favorite health products that can solve this problem.
