Meditation to Help with Healing Others
This is a meditation for those who wish to help another person offering love during their healing process. In many years of studying healing with great teachers, I have been shown unusual ways to offer healing energy for others using Chi Gong, Meditation, and more. This meditation combines my favorite techniques that I use when someone tells me they are suffering with illness.
Many years ago I read a book called the healing path of prayer. The author talked about the incredible benefits he has seen when people pray, as well as when others prayed for them. Yogi Bhajan said the same, and that it was the only thing keeping him alive for many years during the illness of his last years.
This meditation, 12 minutes long, can offer support and the possibility of healing in the same way energy healers work remotely. It is part of an ancient practice and I believe with the right intention it can help both offer a positive result for both the one meditating and the one in their thoughts. It also is a type of energetic cleansing. I have had much success using this myself and have been asked many times to make this public. Of course there is no claim to heal or cure any illness physical, mental or otherwise
