This is the first and foundation of the series of no-fluff, advanced meditations made simple that create a specific result that can positively change things within your life, often immediately. When you travel to study with Monks or Shamans they use techniques that offer better results for what you desire in your life, at the level of your soul, as is with these meditations I am passing along to you.
In this meditation, you will hear shamanic drums, didgeridoo (didge), flute, and other relaxing high-frequency sounds, like Himalayan singing bowls to help to raise your vibration and take you into an alpha state in order to cleanse your energy.
11 Minute Meditation -
The end of the meditation is only a suggestion for you to finish after learning the specific technique presented. If you obtain a deep state of meditation and prefer to stay in that after my guided instructions are completed, just close your computer or audio device and sit for as long as you decide you feel complete. I often sit in silent awareness of my breath or body or energy I have created during my meditation, long after my meditative activity is complete.
The breathing exercises in the beginning before the technique play an important role in the meditation and in themselves are a technique used as a meditation. Find your peace in this place, so that you can use this by itself whenever you choose to just do a Zen relation meditation.
Throughout your day, with simple stresses it is normal to have your internal Chi scatter, spending valuable energy on people, places, or situations. Once understanding this technique, this meditation will show you how to protect yourself from that and bring more positive energy within, with a few simple steps.
You will have to watch the first video above (where I am wearing the white shirt) to know how to do the technique for this meditation. You will create the energy ball and I will show you how to use it.
These are combined meditations learned from Buddhist monks and Shaman. Nothing is required but it is a good idea to have comfortable clothes, perhaps a blindfold or cloth to remove the light from your eyes helping activate your pineal gland, and perhaps a pen and paper to write down any intuitions, notes, or pressing thoughts you have that might distract your flow. Once purchased you will own the meditation and can repeat as often as you like.
