Eating Turpentine – Protocol

Here is a Podcast From Dr. Jeniffer Daniels on Eating Turpentine & her protocol

This can be used for a variety of health issues from a cold to diseases as Dr. Daniels states in her interviews. I use it for regular parasite and candida cleanse and general health every six months.

Jennifer Daniels Guidelines

No more than a teaspoon of turpentine, including topically (pure water, no alkaline water) 2-3 drops turpentine with 1 teaspoon sugar (or with castor oil below)

Start with 1 drop to 1/8 of a teaspoon and work up to a teaspoon but no more than a teaspoon 2-3 times per week. (1 tablespoon is lethal) Full protocol below

Need to be very well hydrated and 3 regular bowel movements per day.

From Her Report:

3 sugar cubes with 1 teaspoon of turpentine 2 times per week

use 3X the amount of sugar over turpentine (3:1 – turpentine to sugar)

Step 1 – Prep with Water/Castor Oil/Enema

– 1qt water for each 60lbs of body weight

– Then castor oil – 3-6tbs once a week or 1 bottle of magnesium citrate weekly or vitality capsules daily

– Warm water enemas using distilled water (1qt) are helpful the week before and while taking turpentine.

Step 2 – Diet

Stop eating candida’s fav foods – foods blended cooked, mixed or processed before you buy it. No breads, granola, meats, dairy, fruit – see full candida diet here

Step 3 – Strengthen Immune

Organic or local food

Step 4 – No Supplements Except

Here is a list of what she recommends: * 2 B Complex 50, 2 ACES a day. ACES is a product made by Carlson. It is a combination of antioxidants in a particular ratio so that you do not deplete other nutrients by oversupplying one nutrient. * B12 sublingual 5000mcg * Trace minerals ; Shilajit 200mg to 500mg a day as tar for 4 days a week. * ¼ cup brown flax seed – soak overnight in 1 cup of water. Stir and drink in the morning. May substitute 2 Tablespoons chia seeds.

Cleanse with castor oil over sugar

1/8 tsp of 1:1 ratio of turpentine and castor oil

or up to a teaspoon of 1:1 ratio (turpentine and castor oil) and will clean you right out within one to 2 hours.  (for many people less is better)

(Castor oil also great for fungus on the skin with castor oil and also good for scalp)

  • 3 parts castor oil- to 1 part turpentine (very small amount – 1/8 of a teaspoon) and put it on the face or skin with issue)
